3. Data Disclosure and Sharing

The application is built on internal organizational transparency.

All Animal Records, Treatment Plans, Inventory, and Location Data are stored in public collections accessible to authenticated staff as allowed by their roles.

We DO NOT sell or rent your personal data.

4. Data Security

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Firestore Rules restrict each action based on approvedRole.
Atomic Transactions: Medication inventory deductions use Firestore Transactions for safety.

5. User Rights (Staff)

Access: View your profile data (Name, Email, Role).
Rectification: Request Admin corrections to your data.
Account Status: Request changes such as suspension or rejection.
